H2N would like to welcome our newest members. H2N in conjunction with Love Is 💕 has created an outreach coalition to bring resources, transportation and community to at-risk senior 65+ kids. We have weekly food bank drops, assistance in accomplishing daily task or big projects, rides for errands and appointments.
